Welcome to the Seldin’s Trinkets and Jewelry website. We provide services and products to you subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this document. We reserve the right to change this website and these terms and conditions at any time.


USE OF WEBSITE:


You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Website by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold therein and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce distribute, display sell, lease, transmit, create, translate, modify or otherwise exploit this Website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by us in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Website or make any use of the Website for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this Website by anyone using the password and identification that may be assigned to you, whether or not such access to and use of this Website is actually authorized by you, including, without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification that may be assigned to you. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of the Website’s security.

We do not sell nor ship internationally at this time.

The information on this Website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this Website and/or seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com’s literature; and

Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connections with your use of this Website.
COUPON POLICY:

When accepting coupons, we adhere to the following guidelines: Limit one (1) coupon code per order. Coupons may not be combined. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon. We do not give cash back if the face value of the coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item. Returns of items purchased using seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com’s coupons may receive the coupon value returned in the form of a credit to your original payment method. We do not accept expired coupons.
SHIPPING POLICIES:

We ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. There is a $7.00 handling fee which is non-refundable. Shipments go out Monday thru Friday, after credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, and usually ship within 2-4 days of receiving credit card authorization. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number, so you may track your package on-line with the carrier. Please be sure we have your correct email. If we ship out of the state of New Jersey, you are responsible for any sales tax which may be incurred in your state. In New Jersey, we will add appropriate sales tax of seven (7) per cent to your order.

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW!

1.         We do not offer gift receipts, gift messages or gift wrapping for online orders at this time.

2.         While we are a web retailer, we do have a physical store in downtown Red Bank, NJ. We invite you to stop by if you are in the area.

3.         We do not ship outside the United States, nor do we accept payment from foreign credit cards.

5.         Our customers’ comments are critically important to us. We want to know what we are doing right and how we can improve our services. If you would like to give us feedback, email us at info@seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com.

6.         Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.

7.         Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.

8.         If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call us immediately.
RETURN POLICIES:

To return purchased merchandise for a refund, store credit or exchange, please make sure that the merchandise is not worn or used. Please return the merchandise with its associated receipt, all boxes, any enclosed brochures, certificates or other reports that may have been included with the merchandise.  Please note, if you plan on returning merchandise do not remove the tag that says “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED.”  If this tag is removed, the merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. We sell only new and unworn merchandise.

Full refunds for returned merchandise are permitted to the Original Purchaser within a seven (7) day period from the time the merchandise is received by the customer. (The postmark on the returned goods must be within seven (7) days of the merchandise's original receipt date.) The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment to Seldin’s Trinkets & Jewelry.  In the event that a check or cash was used to pay for the merchandise, the refund will be issued in the form of a check from Seldin’s Trinkets to the original purchaser.  Please allow 30 days for refund in the form of company check.

Merchandise not returned within seven (7) days as noted above, or given as a gift and returned by someone other than the Original Purchaser, will only be accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of said merchandise’s original receipt date. Such merchandise cannot be returned for a refund.  PLEASE NOTE: If the tag reading “NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” is removed from the merchandise, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

To make a return, you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA#) by calling us at 732-741-6990 or 732-996-0550  or preferably emailing us at info@seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com.  You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#. Upon receiving your return, it will be examined by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

 

To summarize, Merchandise cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit if:

            the tag reading ‘NOT RETURNABLE IF TAG IS REMOVED” is tampered with or removed;

            the merchandise was engraved, sized, or worn;

            the merchandise was modified in any way;

            the merchandise was custom designed or special ordered; or if

            the merchandise was sold as part of a promotion, sale or as a final offer.

All returned items must be sent USPS, FedEX or UPS and insured to their full value. When shipped, you must provide us the tracking number via email at info@seldinstrinketsandjewelry.com. Be sure to include your original receipt and all items requested previously in your return package. Also include your full name, address, daytime phone number, and email address. If you have any questions, give us a call prior to sending your package.
